Adult figure skating: Singles FS Lesson

OK, it's time to get serious. My first lesson of the new year working on my silver free skate "competitive" program. I entered a qualifying competition this year which means I may be skating against much younger skaters. I doubt I will be very "competitive" in that field but I am doing this to challenge myself I just hope to have a good skate. We are turning my test program into a competitive program by adding Jim combinations and more level of difficulty.
