11 Year old Katarina skates as Elise McKenna from Somewhere in Time

Katarina was touched by the classic love story "Somewhere in Time" and wanted badly to skate to the theme music. Here she is skating as the character Elise McKenna who is broken hearted after the love of her life, playwright Richard Collier, vanishes back to the future. She calls to him and their spirits are eventually reunited in eternal bliss. This performance was at the 2016 Skate Dallas Intermediate Short program competition. This performance is significant for our entire family since it very well may be the last time Katarina competes in singles as she is focusing now on ice dance. This performance is dedicated with love to her wonderful coaches Olga and Aleksey.
