Mirai Nagasu performed this double axel at the 2014 Grassroots to Champions Supercamp during the "Just Jump" competition on July 9, 2014 in Lansing MI. This video is provided by iCoachSkating.com.
The air time for this double axel was 0.617 seconds making it the highest double axel by a lady in the competition. This is a great double axel for all skaters to model.
Figure skating coach and jump specialist Trevor Laak provides commentary for this outstanding double axel here (paid subscription has money back guarantee):

Skaters working on axel or double axel (and coaches teaching these jumps) should watch Trevor's analysis. There is a tremendous amount of information available at iCoachSkating.com on how to do an axel and how to do a double axel.

Contrary to all the garbage on YouTube, a double axel does not rotate 2.5 times in the air. Please stop listening to anyone who says it does.
The jump uses a forward outside edge take-off and lands on a back outside edge, implying that the jump goes from forward to backward with 2.5 rotations. However, all of these rotations are NOT done "in the air."
